My desire is to give selflessly, motivated by my love for Him and for the women He's entrusted me to encourage.

-Women who are feel weary or overwhelmed by life’s challenges and are seeking supportive guidance to rediscover their strength and joy.
-Women 40+ who want clarity about what truly matters to them in this season of life,
-Women who might be navigating menopause and its emotional and physical issues, life transitions, aging issues, or other life challenges,
-Women who want to Embrace their God-given identity and gifts,
-Women who struggle with aging and would rather be Age-Positive

What if I can't afford much?
That’s okay! The pay-what-you-can model ensures coaching is accessible to all.
How long will a session last?
Sessions typically last 50 minutes.
Do I have to be a Christian to participate?
All are welcome! I will be respectful of your own faith journey (or lack thereof) but as a Christ follower, my coaching will be done from a Christian faith-centered foundation. Prior to our coaching session, we will discuss what you are and are not comfortable with in regards to faith references within our session.
